  • Hurricane threats prompt advance request for potential volunteers
    The U.S. has seen a particularly high level of extreme weather with FEMA having declared 65 major disasters already this year. North Americans are currently in the 2010 hurricane season until the end of November, with Hurricane Earl threatening possible landfall this weekend and more hurricanes being closely monitored. In preparation for a large-scale disaster, Nazarene Disaster Response is making an advance request for potential volunteers.
