Pastor Tim came to minister to the Centralia congregation in October 2000.

Our church has been going through a period of self-evaluation during the recent months.  One of the items that we have determined is that we needed a revised mission statment.  I am pleased to share the new mission statement for the Centralia Church of the Nazarene.

"Evangelizing, educating, and encouraging individuals to have a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ."

This statment reflects all that we try to accomplish at the church.  Our desire is to introduce people to Jesus Christ and encourage them in their new found faith.  Continuing to learn the teaching of Jesus Christ is an important aspect of individuals growing in their relationship, so a number of learning opportunities are available.

The desire of the members of the Centralia Church of the Nazarene is not to make someone "religious", but to help people know that there is a God who loves them and cares what happens to them.  He sent His Son, Jesus Christ into this world to show just how much He loves us.  Our goal is to help individuals realize that they are loved, regardless of their background.
